Dear Parents/Guardians,  

Hope you are all keeping well during these difficult times. Please take note of the following  Guidelines/ Points of our next initiative.  

1. As per the Government’s Directive, we have already re-opened our School. We have started with Classes I – XII. Now, we wish to start Live Classes for PG – KG II also.

Their first Classes will be held on Thursday, 7th October 2021. Subsequently, on a regular basis  every Thursdays. Other days to be held Online, as usual.  

2. All Live Classes of KG I – KG II will begin from 9.00 am sharp. Students must reach by 8.30 am sharp.

Classes of PG and Nursery will begin from 9:30 am sharp. Students must reach by 9.00 am  sharp.  

3. The Class Timing are as follows:

PG : 09:30 am – 10:30 am 

KG I : 09:00 am – 11:00 am 

KG II : 09:00 am – 11:00 am 

4. The Entry Format will be as follows –

PG & Nursery : Gate -1 

KG I : Gate -1 

KG II : Gate -2 

The Exit Format will be as follows – 

PG : Gate – 1 

Nursery : Gate – 2 

KG I : Gate – 1 

KG II : Gate – 2 

5. The current Routines that are being followed during Online Classes will be maintained, except that the 10 minutes Breaks/Intervals, after each Period will be taken out – but there will be a Break Period for Tiffin of 20 minutes. The New and Revised Time Tables will be posted in  Google Classrooms very soon. 
6. PG and Nursery Students will not bring any tiffin only water bottle. Students of KG I & KG II will have to carry their own Tiffin, Hand Tissues /Towels and Water. Sharing will not be allowed.
7. Students must enter wearing a Mask, carry 5 extra Masks and bring their own Hand Sanitizers with them.
8. Students of KG I & KG II should come in school uniform.
9. You are not to send your Child to School, having fever or health complaints. Your earnest cooperation is sought for the betterment of all concerned.
